No. B.12023/4/2015-SEC/LADC: In exercise of the powers conferred under Rule 148A read with sub-rule (4) of Rule 142 of the Lai Autonomous District Council (Constitution, Conduct of Business, etc.) (Amendment) Rules, 2014 and Govt. approval vide No. H.11020/5/2014-P&AR (CSW), dt. 3.11.2015, the State Election Commission hereby appoints the following Officers of the State Government of Mizoram as Election Observers for General Election to Lai Autonomous District Council, 2015 in respect of the MDC Constituencies as shown against each:-

            The Observers so appointed shall be deemed to be on deputation to the State Election Commission for the period during which they are so employed and subject to the control, superintendence and discipline of the State Election Commission.

 

          The deployed Observers are requested to attend the first briefing on 9th November, 2015 at 12:00 Noon in the office chamber of State Election Commissioner, Mizoram.
