Sir,
I am directed to inform you that authorization of persons to sign notice nominating the candidates set up by the recognized Political Parties as per Annexure I & II is required to be submitted for General Election to Members of District Council under Lai Autonomous District Council, 2020 to the Secretary, State Election Commission, Mizoram and the concerned Returning Officer well in time before the expiry of the last date for making nominations.
I am, therefore, directed to request you to issue necessary instructions to the National/State Parties recognized by the Election Commission of India, who are having their Headquarters/ Branches/ Units within Lai Autonomous District Council area for compliance.
