In exercise of the powers conferred under sub-rule (5) of Rule 3 of the Lai Autonomous District Council (Election to Village Councils) (Amendment) Rules, 2011, the State Election Commissioner hereby appoints the following officers of the State Government for By-Election to Village Councils under Lai Autonomous District Council, 2019 as below:-

The Officers so appointed shall be deemed to be on deputation to the State Election Commission, Mizoram for the period during which they are so deployed and subjected to the control, superintendence and discipline of the State Election Commission.
