No.B.12011/45/2019-SEC/LADC/CADC/VC/5 : In exercise of the powers conferred under sub-rule (5) of Rule 3 of the Lai Autonomous District Council (Election to Village Councils) (Amendment) Rules, 2011, the State Election Commission, Mizoram hereby notify that the Model Code of Conduct for Political Parties, Candidates and Persons holding public offices is hereby enforced till completion of By-Election process within 26 - Hmunnuam and 50 - Kakichhuah Village Council Constituencies of the Lai Autonomous District Council.
