In exercise of the powers conferred under sub-rule (1) of Rule 3 and Rule 36 & 37 of the Mara Autonomous District Council (Election to Village Councils) Rules, 2014 read with Section 3 of the Mara Autonomous District (Village Councils) (Amendment) Act, 2013, the State Election Commissioner hereby calls upon 3 (three) Village Council Constituencies under Mara Autonomous District Council to elect Members to the Village Councils as shown below:-

5 | Scrutiny of Nomination | 10th May, 2016 (Tuesday) 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 Noon |
6 | Date & Time of Withdrawal of Nomination | 12th May, 2016 (Thursday) Upto 12:30 p.m. |
7 | Date & Time of allotment of symbols to Candidates & display of List of Candidates | 12th May, 2016 (Thursday) 1:00 p.m. to 1:30 p.m. |
8 | Submission of Validly Nominated Candidates & Printing of Ballot Papers | 13th May, 2016 (Friday) |
9 | Date of Poll | 26th May, 2016 (Thursday) 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. |
10 | Counting of Votes | 26th May, 2016 (Thursday) Immediately after Poll is over |
