No.B.11011/1/2023-SEC/MADC/48  : In exercise of the powers conferred under sub-rule (5) of Rule 7 of The Mara Autonomous District Council (Constitution, Conduct of Business, etc) Rules 2002, as amended, the State Election Commission, Mizoram hereby notifies that the Model Code of Conduct for Political Parties, Candidates and Persons holding public offices shall come into force with immediate effect within 22-Siaha East-I MDC Constituency where By-Election is to be held and shall remain in  effect till announcement of the Results.
