Subject :         Provision for NOTA in the forthcoming By-Election to 12 – Lawngtlai Chandmary MDC Constituency under Lai Autonomous District Council, 2024.

Sir,

                        In inviting a reference to the subject cited above and in pursuance of Election Commission of India’s introduction of ‘NOTA (None of the above)’ option on Ballot Papers displayed on EVMs and all other Ballot Papers with effect from 11^th October, 2013, pursuant to Supreme Court’s Order dated 27^th September, 2013, I am directed to state that ‘NOTA’ option shall be included in all forms of Ballot Papers for use in the forthcoming By-Election to 12 – Lawngtlai Chandmary MDC Constituency under Lai Autonomous District Council, 2024.
