I am directed to inform you that authorization of persons to sign notice nominating the candidates set up by Recognized Political Parties as per Annexure I & II is required to be submitted for By-Election to 7-Kamalanagar ‘W’ MDC Constituency under Chakma Autonomous District Council, 2025 to the State Election Commission, Mizoram and the concerned Returning Officer well in time before the expiry of the last date for making nominations.
I am, therefore, directed to request you to issue necessary instructions to the recognized National/State parties and registered unrecognized parties under the Election Commission of India, who are having their Headquarters/ Branches/ Units within Chakma Autonomous District Council area for compliance.
