                        In exercise of the powers conferred under sub-rule (5) of Rule 3 of the Lai Autonomous District Council (Election to Village Councils) Rules, 2011 as amended, the State Election Commission, Mizoram hereby notifies that the Model Code of Conduct for Political Parties, Candidates and Persons holding public offices is hereby enforced within 32-Nghalimlui, 47-Dumzautlang, 50-Kakichhuah, 59-Chamdurtlang-II, 65-Kawnkhua, 67-Electric Veng Lawngtlai & 68-Lawngtlai Bazar Village Council Constituencies with immediate effect till Announcement of the Result of By-Election.
