Dated Aizawl, the 27^th June, 2024

WHEREAS, pursuant to this Commission’s Notification of even number, dated: 31^st May, 2024 under Section 350 of the Mizoram Municipalities Act, 2007 as amended, read with Rules 31 and 50 of the Mizoram Municipalities (Election of Councillors) Rules, 2007 as amended, By-Election was held for the purpose of filling up of 1 (one) Reserved Seat of Ward No.XIX under Aizawl Municipal Corporation on 25^th June, 2024;

AND WHEREAS, the results of the said election in respect of Ward No.XIX of Aizawl Municipality has been declared by the Municipal Returning Officer on 27^th June, 2024;

NOW, THEREFORE, the State Election Commission, Mizoram hereby notifies the name of the member elected in respect of the said By-Election to Ward No.XIX under Aizawl Municipal Corporation, 2024 along with her party affiliation, in the SCHEDULE enclosed to this Notification.
