I am directed to inform you that the State Election Commission is ever ready and is able to conduct an election of Village Councils in the 25 Villages in Aizawl District and 6 Villages in Kolasib District, if the Government issue direction that there is a conducive atmosphere in the area that election can be conducted under peaceful atmosphere.
