NOTIFICATION

 

Dated Aizawl, the 12th April, 2016

 

                        In exercise of the powers conferred under sub-rule (2) of Rule 4 of The Mizoram (Election to Village Councils) Rules, 2014, the State Election Commissioner hereby appoint Dr. C. Vanlalramsanga, IES as Election Observer for Zawngin, Suangpuilawn, Lamherh, Vanbawng, Khawlek, Phuaibuang, Khawlian, Daido and Tlangnuam under Aizawl District for By-Elections to Village Councils, 2016.

 

As provided under sub-rule (2) of Rule 4 of The Mizoram (Election to Village Councils) Rules, 2014, the Observer so appointed shall be deemed to be on deputation to the State Election Commission for the period during which they are so deployed and subject to the control, superintendence and discipline of the State Election Commission.

 

            The Observer is requested to attend the first briefing on 21.4.2016 at 1:00 pm in the Office Chamber of State Election Commissioner, Tuikhuahtlang, Aizawl.
