Subject :         Provision for NOTA in the forthcoming General Election to Chakma Autonomous District Council, 2023.

Sir,

                        In inviting a reference to the subject cited above and pursuant to Election Commission of India’s introduction of ‘NOTA (None of the above)’ option on Ballot Papers with effect from 11^th October, 2013 pursuant to Supreme Court’s Order dated 27^th September, 2013, I am directed to state that ‘NOTA’ option shall be included in all Electronic Voting Machines (EVMs) and forms of Ballot Papers for use in the forthcoming General Election to Chakma Autonomous District Council, 2023.
