NOTIFICATION

Dated Aizawl, the 18^th February, 2021

            WHEREAS, pursuant to this Commission’s Notification of even number, dated: 22^nd January, 2021 under Section 350 of the Mizoram Municipalities Act, 2007 as amended, read with Rule 31 and Rule 50 of the Mizoram Municipalities (Election of Councillors) Rules, 2007 as amended, General Election was held for the purpose of constituting a new Aizawl Municipal Corporation on 16^th February, 2021;

AND WHEREAS, the results of the said elections in respect of 19 (nineteen) Wards of Aizawl Municipality have been declared by the Municipal Returning Officers on 18^th February, 2021;

NOW, THEREFORE, the State Election Commissioner hereby notifies the names of the members elected in respect of the said General Election to Aizawl Municipal Corporation, 2021 along with their party affiliations, in the SCHEDULE enclosed to this Notification.
