Dated Aizawl, the 5th February, 2021

 

                        WHEREAS, in pursuance of the Notification No.B.12011/1/2019-SEC/VC/Vol - IV   

issued by the State Election Commission, Mizoram on 27th January, 2021 under sub-rule (1) of Rule 3 and Rule 37 of the Mizoram (Election to Village Councils) Rules, 2014 as amended, re-poll to reserved seat of Darlawn Venghlun Village Council was held to constitute Darlawn Venghlun Village Council under Aizawl District on 5th February, 2021;

 

                        AND WHEREAS, the result of the reserved seat election in respect of Darlawn Venghlun Village Council in the said re-poll has been declared by the Returning Officer concerned; and

 

                        NOW, THEREFORE, in pursuance of sub-rule (3) of Rule 77 of the Mizoram (Election to Village Councils) Rules, 2014, the State Election Commission, Mizoram hereby notifies the name of the member elected in respect of Darlawn Venghlun Village Council (Reserved Seat), along with party affiliation, in the SCHEDULE enclosed to this Notification.
