WHEREAS, in pursuance of the Notification vide no. B. 12018/1/2020 -SEC / MADC dt. 05.08.2020 issued by the State Election Commission under sub-rule (5) of Rule 7 read with sub-rule (1) of Rule 158 of the Mara Autonomous District Council (Constitution, Conduct of Business etc.) Rules, 2002, as amended, By-Election to fill casual vacancy due to the demise of sitting member Shri NG. Silla, 18-Siaha North-I MDC Constituency of Mara Autonomous District Council in Siaha District was held on 26^th August, 2020; and

WHEREAS, the results of the By-Election in respect of 18-Siaha North-I MDC Constituency in the said By-Election have been declared by the Returning Officer on 28^th August, 2020;

NOW, THEREFORE, the State Election Commission hereby notifies the name of the member elected in respect of 18 - Siaha North - I MDC Constituency under Mara Autonomous District Council as below:
