No.B.14015/1/2017 – SEC/LC : In exercise of the powers conferred under Rule 3 & 37 of the Mizoram Municipalities (Election to Local Councils) Rules, 2015 read with rule 17(2) of the Mizoram Municipalities Ward Committee and Local Council (Third Amendment) Rules, 2015, the State Election Commission, Mizoram hereby notify the Schedule of By-Election to 1/3 Durtlang Local Council within Aizawl Municipality for which election will be on 8th December, 2017 as shown below :-
