In exercise of the powers conferred under sub-section (7) of Section 3 of the Chakma Autonomous District Council (Village Councils) (Amendment) Act, 2011 and sub-rule (5) of Rule 3 of the LADC (Election to Village Councils) (Amendment) Rules, 2011 the State Election Commissioner hereby calls upon 9 (Nine) Village Council Constituencies under CADC & LADC to elect members to the Village Councils as shown below:-
