                        In inviting a reference to the subject cited above and in pursuance of Election Commission of India’s introduction of ‘NOTA (None of the above)’ option on Ballot Papers with effect from 11th October, 2013, pursuant to Supreme Court’s Order dated 27th September, 2013, I am directed to state that ‘NOTA’ option should be included in all forms of Ballot Papers for use in the forthcoming General Election to Sinlung Council, 2019.
